These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bijee ("we", "us", "the platform") and any user of bijee's website or mobile application ("you", "member"). bijee provides online gaming and Sports Betting services through its website at https://bijee.biz.

Bijee may request account verification at any time. Failure to verify or incomplete information may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

• If age verification fails, your account will be suspended and your balance may not be refunded.

• Daily Maximum Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes and no longer than 24 hours.

• Bijee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

• For referral bonuses, the referred person must make a genuine deposit and place a real bet.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Bijee. Familiarising yourself with them will help you avoid unexpected situations.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any bet placed before an event has started will be considered void.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are published due to a technical error, bijee reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same match to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.
• In a system bet or combo bet, a single incorrect selection may affect the entire combination.

Bijee is committed to maintaining a safe and fair platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties:

• Operating Multiple Accounts — for collecting bonuses or any other purpose.
• Match Fixing or Use of Insider Information — Gaining an unfair advantage in betting decisions.
• Money Laundering — using bijee as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Credit Card Fraud — using stolen or fraudulent payment methods.
• Using Software or Bots — Running automated betting software or scripts.
• Exploiting hacking or system vulnerabilities — Compromising the security of the platform.
• Harassing other members — Abusive or threatening behavior in forums or chat.
• Registering with False Information — Opening an account using another person's identity.

If any of the above violations are detected, bijee may immediately suspend or terminate the account and, where necessary, notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Bijee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with incorrect or false information.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance (subject to applicable conditions) will be refunded, but any bonus balance will be forfeited.

Bijee is committed to delivering the highest quality of service; however, bijee's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Bijee is not responsible for any disruption to bets or gameplay caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Bijee is not liable for payment delays caused by issues with third-party services such as mobile banking.
• Bijee is not responsible for any account information leak resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Bijee is not liable for any service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• Any financial losses resulting from gaming are entirely the member's personal responsibility.
